VACATION:

(a) one and one-third (1 1/3) days per month of service during the  first year of service;
(b) one and two-thirds (1 2/3) days per month of service after one (1) years of
continuous service, an annual vacation of four (4) weeks;
(c) two and one-tenth (2 1/10) days per month of service after ten (10) years of
continuous service, an annual vacation of five (5) weeks per year;
(d) two and one-half (2 1/2) days per month of service after fifteen (15) years of
continuous service, an annual vacation of six (6) weeks per year;

YEARS OF SERVICE FLOAT DAYS

Beginning Employment (1) service float day
After 15 years one (1) additional service float day
After 20 years one (1) additional service float day

SICK LEAVE

Regular full-time employees are provided with ten (10) non-cumulative sick leave credits on April 1st of each fiscal year which can be utilized during the fiscal year. Any unused sick leave days at the end of the fiscal year shall be credited to the employee’s annual vacation credit at the rate of one-half (1/2) day
vacation credit for each day of unused sick leave.


SALARY:

Children & Family Therapist (MSW)     $56,623 – 67,669 annually

Intensive Services Worker                        $48,170 – 55,553  annually

Residential Treatment Worker               $23.16-26.71 /hr.
